We use a local courier company who charge a flat rate of £15 so it's economical to fill the box! Local delivery is available by arrangement at a charge of £7.


Pork and Apricot Stuffing.

400g of Hyden Frm Sausage Meat

Handful of apricots (dried) finely chopped.

1 grated apple

Grated zest of 1 lemon

Chopped parsley

Sage leaves

Salt and pepper

Simply mix up the ingredients in a bowl really well. Now,either stuff your christmas bird, (or pork joint) and roast, or put into an oven proof dish and cook at 180 for 30-40 minutes. Check at 30 minutes.

Pork and Chesnut stuffing – a real family favourite at Hyden Farm.

400g Hyden sausage meat

1 can of chesnut puree

1 onion finely chopped

1 apple roughly diced. Peeled if prefered.

Simply mix all the above ingredients in a bowl (you can use an egg to help bind it, but this is personal preference). Then either stuff the bird and roast, or put into an oven proof dish and cook at 180 for 30-40 minytes. Check after 30 minutes.
